Why your values matter

For our first Project Accelerate soft skills workshop, we're looking at values and why they matter when launching yourself into the world of work. We'll spend some time understanding how they help you: 

• Navigate the ups and downs of life
• Reclaim or redefine your identity
• Create a decision making framework for your future
• Understand what's important to you when heading into the world of work
• Assess employers and roles and whether they are right for you. 
• Create boundaries that protect your mental health

We'll then work through how you define and articulate your values, look at the degree you are currently living them and how to align more towards them. We'll talk about how they can help you in your job hunt and future career. Finally, we'll have fun with them and amplify the impact of values in your life.
