By the time we get to graduate job applications we have had many opportunities to develop skills and personal strengths - be that our courses, work experience, part time roles, volunteering or projects. But what we're generally not good at is identifying and articulating them to our potential employers.
In an increasingly competitive job market, being able to showcase what we are great at differentiates us from other candidates, and helps us to win the role.
Key to this is:
Being able to identify our unique skills and strengths
Demonstrate them with tangible examples and fact
